MLW x Veganizer: Cyrus Ichiza Kitchen Takeover

TWO SEATINGS
12:00 or 3:00

The Library is thrilled to announce our first ever brunch Kitchen Takeover in partnership with Veganizer, inviting Chef Cyrus Ichiza of Jade Rabbit PDX for a six course menu. Currently residing at Aimsir Distilling, Jade Rabbit is known for their vegan, Pan-Asian, and dim sum inspired cuisine, utilizing all vegan ingredients.

For this event, Chef Cyrus has designed a unique menu rich in flavor, texture, and complexity.  Each course highlights the innovation and depth emerging in vegan cuisine today – and will only be served at this event – so it won’t be one to miss!
