Our space features vegan dim sum, pan-Asian cuisine, tea service, sake, NA beverages and cocktails. “Jade Rabbit” is the food of Cyrus Ichiza (previously of Ichiza Kitchen), a celebrated Portland Vegan chef featured in Food Networks Alex vs. America, and the streaming documentary “Evolving Vegan”.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. We get fully booked during peak times (weekend brunch, dinner everyday) We cannot guarantee all items will be available at the time of reservation, everything is handmade in house everyday. Like all dimsum restaurants some of our most popular items sell out.

Cyrus Ichiza, Head Chef at Jade Rabbit (formerly Ichiza Kitchen Eater 38 Essential Restaurants ‘19-’21), has captivated the taste buds of many with his innovative and delectable vegan creations in Portland since 2016. Featuring Taiwanese style vegan dimsum and vegan versions of pan-asian rice and noodle dishes. Cyrus has also stretched his culinary techniques with pop-ups and chef features with inspired cultural cusines including Italian, Korean and his own heritage Tsinoy (Filipino Chinese) and Chamorro, indigenous of Guam.
